Non-destructive loosening of the cable

Hello,

The cable on my Delonghi Expert EN 350.G is stuck. Unfortunately, I can't get it off because it is stuck with a special fastening clip and can't be pulled off. It connects the aluminum capsule guide body and the pump. As I have not come across this type of fastener before, I would like to be able to release it without destroying it.

I have tried it several times, perhaps you can help me.
