We gave the same problem as the previous machine, only the reset does not work, as with the other machine. Unfortunately, we did not get a reasonable response from customer service.
Does anyone know advice?

Is there also a manufacturer for the machine and an exact type?
With model TES6...F.. I can do nothing!

Sorry, it is the Bosch TES 603F 1DE/09, TYPE CTES32X. Would be great if there is a solution.

Hello, there is a problem with the grinder and the ohmic resistance.
The first thing I would do is empty the bean hopper and then press until everything is empty in the grinder. Blow out the grinder with compressed air. Remove the powder compartment drawer, is a little tricky but if you look closely you will see a small flag / tab that you must carefully lever away. Clean the powder compartment.
Then set the grinder to the lowest level.
I wish you good luck. I think, otherwise the KVA must have another new grinder.
