Our machine shows an error message in connection with the water tank:

"Please press to engage." (See picture).

Problem: The tank is fully engaged. Under the tank is a stick that must slide into the hole provided for it. This is what it does. The door of the Madchine can also be closed.
Manuall to move and to get the tank additionally on tension also does not work.
Despite this message, it is possible to draw water. However, the message cannot be hidden, nor can coffee or anything else be prepared.
Every time I try to start a process, such as cappuccino, tea water or anything else, I end up with the message.

As soon as I touch the right icon, the hot water runs for a few seconds and the message remains displayed. If I press twice in succession, I land in the menu and the game starts again.

Maybe who knows the Maschnie or the problem.
