Water flows directly into the tank

After cleaning, the water now only runs into the drip tray. Have already changed the drainage valve and also inserted a replacement brewing unit. It is therefore not the fault of either of them. It runs in the drainage valve is not further to the brewing unit but simply down into the collection tank.

What else could it be?

If the water runs directly over the drainage valve in the drip tray something is wrong with the drainage valve. Can you post a picture without brewing unit so that you can see the drainage valve?
