water stop

Dear Quick Mill 5000A friend,

Our machine does not pump water in normal position anymore, 12 bar are built up and at some point the process stops. If you swivel your arm out, it works with the water again, so brewing or foaming works, but in normal position it doesn't work. What could be the reason?
