Jura Impressa C5 does not work properly

Hello first :)
I got myself a JURA C5 and have a problem with the machine.
When I try to make a coffee it doesn't really work the same way when I do the dishes.

The funny thing is that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. If it works, the cup gets half full of coffee. The second time I want to make a coffee, the coffee goes into the drip tray. And when I want to rinse the same problem is sometimes it goes into the coffee cup and sometimes not. What could be the reason?
Would you like to try to repair, but don't know why? Everything else works tip top

Revise the drainage valve according to the instructions. Make sure that the plastic cap is firmly attached to the plunger and replace it with the aluminium cap...

Now I have the problem, that when I switch on the coffee machine, it gets really loud!
This is only the case when the brewing group is installed, without which the brewing group runs normally.
Bin really desperate to see if it will be something else

Hello, I managed to put them together again, Unfortunately the problem was not solved, again it doesn't work. The first time coffee came into the cup and the second time again not or not at all only once Same as washing up.

The noise should have been the solenoid from the drainage valve.
Have you checked or replaced the white cap from the tappet of the drainage valve? It's gotta sit tight on it. Otherwise the valve does not close properly and remains open...

Clear water indicates that the drainage valve is not closing properly...
Do you have a new cap on the tappet?

Forgot to mention that I changed the cap to an aluminium one. I also hammered it in with a hammer so it's completely inside and tight. Before that, there was a plastic one that was damaged. Greetings

Having good news, the coffee machine is running again:)
As it seems you were right from the beginning that the plastic cap on the drainage valve was defective, I replaced it with one made of aluminum and the second error was caused by me. I put a gasket in the drain valve the wrong way round. Now everything's working again. Thank you for taking the time to help me.

Hope that someone with my Jura c5 can help me😢
The is only 3 years old and can not be turned on since yesterday anymore at the button but cable from the socket out and in again.
Then should actually be flushed and that does not quite create in which she torments herself shortly before the end and then simply comes into the start position again.We have disassembled the complete brewing unit, replaced seals and greased. After assembling it was ok and after 2 cups of coffee it was the same problem again.

If the flushing does not work and the machine is suffering audibly, this may be due to the drainage magnet, but for a reliable diagnosis more information would be necessary, possibly a video...
