Disturbance-no coffee in the cup

Hello,

After the last cleaning and decalcification it often happens that the ground coffee lands dry in the drip tray and the water migrates directly into the tray,
so unfortunately no coffee in the cup.
Has anyone ever had the same problem? and can give tips?

hello,

the neff is (i believe) a Siemens Bosch machine..

that should be the drainage valve...
when everything runs into the set shell (clear water).
