Krups 8298 brewing light coffee, very weak espress

Hi -

So my Krups 8298 is brewing very weak coffee and expresso - weaker than it ever has. It can still brew a somewhat weak cup of regular coffee (it will pass in a pinch, still has a crema, but weak) but it fails at espresso almost completely, brewing what looks more like dirty water than coffee, much less espresso. I've tried different beans in it, from dark and oily to lighter, dryer beans.

I've cleaned, descaled it, properly maintained it. I've taken it apart and examined the chamber to see if there were any leaks or signs of malfunction. I didn't find any. My grinder seems to be doing a fine job still - grinds are comparable to other low-end conical burr grinders. Am I missing anything? Any recommendations?

Hello, what about the grind, pomace should have the consistency of granulated sugar.
How thick is the puck or how many seconds does the machine grind?
Every grinder is subject to wear.
If the pomace puk is more than 15mm and the coffee tastes like nothing, then
