Hi, I have a problem with my automatic coffee machine, and here on the forum I haven't found a solution yet.

The grinding time is so long that my Brühgrupoe is overfilled, and the scraper quite a lot of powder over the Schuzfach distributes.

What do I have to do that the value is taken over? In the forum some have the same problem, but no solution was posted until now. Maybe someone knows how it works.

I called the Krups service hotline, but the lady was very unfriendly and just hung up....

I can only join here, until now I have also found no solution to the problem. For me, the grinding time is 9 seconds, I would like to reduce this.
