Revise breast-brush group and clean inside. If you dare, you can dismantle the grinder and clean it.

Carry out a thorough decalcification, check the heat exchanger to see if there are already any limescale deposits. I would leave my fingers out of the grinder, after 3,000 references everything is still in order there. Cleaning the coffee spout would be that for now.
