filter change

When I was asked to, I changed the filter on my impressa E85 and now it doesn't flush through, but commands Hahn on, [normally water would run through (through the hot water tap), but remains dry and noiseless] and announces Hahn 1 minute later.
And repeats the whole thing over and over again. It is no longer possible to obtain coffee... what can I do or was it? After 14 years of loyalty I should slowly look around for a new machine?

Shake the filter and put it back in.
Otherwise deactivate the filter and descale it regularly. Is cheaper and in the long run safer that the machine does not calcify, because the filters do not
