Melitta Caffeo Solo E950 Does not crackle/brew

Hi,
I'm hoping for
your help/expertise

:Something got stuck in the cleaning program of my Melitta Caffeo Solo E950, the brewing group was stuck, so I took it out and selected the basic gear position by pressing a key combination. When the gearbox was moved back, there was a very loud crack and I found two small white plastic parts

in the drip tray.

Since then the coffee falls dry into the pomace container and no

more

water/coffee comes

out of the spout.
Does anyone have any ideas
