suddenly shuts down with no reason

Hello dear Jura team. can you help me with an advice?
My Jura Impressa A 9 suddenly shuts down in the middle of preparing coffee. then if I will switch it on again if functions normally. Then shuts down again . Sometimes functions 3 days without this problems...but then when you expect less...shuts down again in the middle of the process
Any contacts broken maybe ? Wires? Thank you
