Hello,

we have had a Delonghi Eletta Cappuccino for a few months now,
now we always have water under the drip tray and not just a few drops.

As I see it, the water comes out of the slit in which the small red part
for the condensation container (which is always dry inside)

Do I do something wrong or should I put it in the shop'? img src='/forums/html/emoticons/blink.gif' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='blink.gif' />

I wouldn't screw it myself while it's still under warranty.

We only bought them in spring, I don't empty the drip tray every day, at first I thought it was normal that there is always a bit of water coming out.

But now I find it a little bit more than pure condensation water

If there is also water after coffee?
After hot water / steam / cappu some water (schnapps glass) would be normal. This should also land in the drip tray and not under it.

The water comes out of the slit where you put the little red part for condensation water into.

Today, after I put on a latte, it ran over the red condensation cup and between the cup and the wall down and then on the worktop.

I bring it to the shop today :-((

But the technician is busy and it will take some time, because of holiday time
