Hello! I have a question about the D4. How can I start descaling manually (without the symbol appearing).

Hello,

as a rule, decalcification in the Jura Mountains can be started at any time as normal as described in the operating instructions. Unless there's a filter in the machine. It must be removed. I believe that the machine automatically recognizes it by means of an RFID chip.
Possibly increase the water hardness if that is not
possible.
