Trester tray of the Impressa S9 jams

After an automatic cleaning process, the drawer of my Impressa S9 could no longer be pulled out and emptied because the trester tray was stuck. The reason was the internal scoop, which had not retracted after the end of the cleaning program and was now protruding into the tray. Using a long, flat spoon handle, I was able to easily tilt the trester tray and pull it out from under the scoop. I then replaced the entire drawer, but without the trester bowl, and triggered a rinse cycle. In doing so, the bucket apparently got the impulse it needed and retracted, and my problem was solved.

Do you still have an old marc container? The normally have a rubber at the back that hangs out when the brewing unit times like yours is down.
