Hello to all,

After the last coffee withdrawal, I received the standard message: "Please empty the trays". Unfortunately, I could not remove the drip tray together with the trester tray from the machine. It was really stuck. After a reset, the message came: "Bowl missing". All attempts to remove the drip/trester tray failed.

I would be very grateful for any helpful hints to solve this problem.
