Hello, my machine shows system error 8.
I had, what I usually never do, pulled out the drip tray a bit. I then turned on the machine, what it did then I do not know, I left the room. When I wanted to pull me a coffee, I then saw the message. I then tried to take out the brew group, which has jammed. After a bit of jiggling it came out, but I can't put it back in now. Can I put the machine without brew group back in the basic position or is there ne other solution to the problem?

Hello, turn on the KVA without the brewing unit and wait until the basic position of the brewing drive is positioned. After that, the brewing unit should be able to be reinserted without any problems.
