Melitta Caffeo Lounge - No more coffee spill

Hello everyone
,unfortunately our Melitta Caffeo Lounge is not working properly since yesterday. There is no more coffee coming out of the spout in the front. Even with a cleaning program, nothing flows out of the front spout. The drip tray is full of water, sometimes a puddle under the
coffee machine.

The milk frother works

without problems.

The brewing unit can still be removed and has already been

cleaned.

I hope you could help me with my

problem.
