Caffeo CI does not draw water or milk

Hi guys, maybe someone can help me out. I got a Melitta Caffeo CI from a friend. Since this is defective and he bought a new one.

Unfortunately the machine does not draw water or milk.

At the beginning the machine wants to heat up, and then the display says "start stystem" and the button on the wheel flashes.

Neither the pressure on the cog, nor coffee or hot water works. I have also tried to only draw milk foam. Also nothing. At first there is a drop incl some steam. And the wars. I can hear that the machine is working. There are only a few drops in the drip tray.

I have already opened the machine and cleaned all possible hoses (as far as I could reach). The error remains the same.

Would anyone have a similar error, or can somehow relate it? I would appreciate help
