I have a solac ca 4815 my brew group stuck how do I get the out again

then the bg should be perfectly releasable and not clamped.

shouldn't this be the reason for the clamping and it should only be a matter of handling: loosen the locking screw and lever, hold the bg with your left hand
and turn it slightly out of the housing counterclockwise.
