Krups xp 7220

No hot water and no steam

Have times my good old defective Krups fetched from the basement and repaired.
It also works again and makes delicious coffee. have also no error message.
But now noticed that neither hot water nor steam comes out of the nozzle.
A blockage I exclude, could only imagine vlt something wrong to have connected.
Could it be vlt at the water distributor that I have tightened the screw too tight?

Can someone help me?
