Hello community of knowledge,

Since I am at the end of my Latin I hope to find a solution here.

My problem is this. My ESAM6900 had problems with the damper covers after the last decalcification, was found out quite fast, the steam heating had the known leakage ( hole ). No problem, ordered a new heater, nailed it in and lo and behold... it only works partially.

After pressing the steam button, the device starts to produce it diligently, but after about 6-7 seconds, when the cover is properly inflated, it falls off very quickly, as if there was a blockage, the pump continues to pump, judging by the sound it makes against resistance. At some point the machine stops the process with an error message "air in the system"....

I really don't know anymore...

Problem solved.

Maybe it'll help.

It was the steam valve behind the display ( right ). It shut it off a lot after only one operation and cut off the steam supply.

New ordered and good it is wink.gif
