AEG CS 5000 makes problems with Illy coffee powder

Hello,

>has since today an AEG CS 5000.

The problem is now unfortunately that I still have 10 doses of Illy coffee powder at home and the coffee only runs through droplets.

Is someone aware of the problem?

AEG and Illy unfortunately have no proposed solutions.

How much powder do you fill in? You may fill in scarcely 7g at the most. If then nothing runs through, take less, if then still nothing comes, the grinding degree of the powder is too fine.

At Illy Pulfer many make VA´s slap !
Is much finer ground than - what your VA grinds.
(also finer than what you can buy as ground)
Only 2 weeks ago a friend complained - that his Jura at Illypulfer only drips.
(only possibility is as already said - take less - will probably because finer also rich)

Fine is basically right for the result - but most VA´s not - from the brewing group.
