Hi folks.. Our 2-year old EQ-6 has developed a strange habit.
When it's making plain coffee, I notice that sometimes it starts making coffee as normal, but towards the middle of its progress bar, the water gets less and less and eventually turns to pure steam. I cancel it when that happens and start over. It usually does OK on the second try.

I have been cleaning it regularly and do not use tap water.

Any ideas what to check?
