Jura z6 foam fine but milk sputters

My 2 year old Jura z6 worjed great. I'm in my third foaming nozzle. The foam foams, but the milk sputters all over the place. Do I have to return? I've tried all the Jura tips.

Same issue for a while now on my Z8 which I've had for almost two years. I found that if you put your finger on the frother where the rubber hosing connects and pull forward with a bit of pressure, it seems to work; makes me think that there is just too much pressure placed on that movable clip on the frothing unit (little black square).
