Hello,

I have the following problem: My machine does not dispense coffee and it does not rinse!
It grinds the coffee and the coffee pucks do not look watered down. Clear water ends up in the drip tray.

Hot water via the milk foam nozzle works but as just noticed when I bled and descaled.

I have already tried the following:

Cleaned brew group.
Strainer in brew group removed and cleaned.
Seals look ok.
Bled.
Descaled.

What else can it be?

Unfortunately it is out of warranty.

Have you removed the raccord and seen how it looks?
Where does the water come from? Behind the pump is a pressure relief valve. If somewhere something is tight because of calcification then it can be that it runs over the pressure relief valve in the drip tray.

I can not see exactly where it runs.

If I let the spring in the brew group out after the sieve cleaning, the machine rinses again, but gives only minimal coffee out.

I am absolute layman and try me there with youtube durchzuwurschteln...
What else would I have to look out for?

Since you wrote that all water ends up clear in the drip tray, I assumed a blockage. Since water comes without a spring, a weak pump may be possible. Think there is an Ulka EP5GW in it, and they are there partly quite susceptible.
You could look at hot water withdrawal times whether you get the outlet by hand with an object closed. If that is the case, then the pump is too weak. However, you must be careful with hot water, that you do not scald yourself if full pressure is on it. The pump normally brings about 15Bar.

Mostly the spout is clogged, see
