The device switches to alarm instead of standby after 20min. Anyone have any idea what this could be? Device is clean ...

Hello, so I recognize a Delonghi. Since Küppersbusch,Neff etc, have machine relabeled from existing product lines or have some parts made for an EBK.
Look under Delonghi problems.
Here or on the net.
