Krups EA 8421 Grinds too short

Hi,
I have a Krups EA 8421 with a problem. The coffee's way too thin. I have already disassembled and cleaned the grinder. I'm afraid nothing's changed. I noticed that the meal is much too short (4 seconds for an espresso). What could be the reason? After these 4 seconds the pump starts immediately without
delay. Is

there any way to reset the machine or is there a secret

menu?
