Hi, I took home from our company the X7 replaced by new machine. Have it times ordenlich cleaned and basically it does what it should :-)A few questions I would have, however: 1. 2 buttons are no longer present on the keypad right (see photo).
Function although still by means of pointed object, but should not be so. Is there any way to fix this? 2. the grinder adjustment on the bean hopper does not work or can not be moved. Clamps? Apply gentle force? I know ... Mill must grind :-) 3. the button for double portion coffee does not go or does not seem activated. Can I do it myself or can only a technician? 4. I would like to swap the mills of the products ... ie ... Coffee should be drawn from the previous Essresso/Cappu container and espresso from the coffee container. Also this only via programming by technician feasible? The button to change the grinder does not seem to work or is probably deactivated?! That's it then :-) Thanks and LG from Micha
