Jura A1 not starting up (video attached)

Jura A1 Failure

Jura A1 had given up a while back so I decided to strip it down and give it a good clean incase that was the issue. Found the grinder completely clogged so cleared that out, and the brew group had seen better days so I stripped of down to clean and re-grease it.
Put it back together again and still, there's no change. It gives off this weird high noise at the start and end of it going through its start up prices (you'll hear in the video).
Any ideas?
