water in the used coffee collector

Morning people

with this pandemic on our hands the last thing I need is no coffee!

I have tried googling the faults for the Krups e9000 (now e9010), however there is nothing online, that I can find of any faults !?

I seem to have the liquid coffee going in to the used coffee collector!
has anyone else had this and if so how is it fixed?

I have cleaned out the whole machine as there was a load of coffee granules allover the machine, yet it is still doing the same thing.
