Hello,

I have a Nivona fully automatic machine and cleaning tablets that are about 5 years old. The surface is no longer smooth, but there are small "balls" on it (see attached picture). I bought them from the dealer where I bought the machine. Do you think they are still usable?

Hello,

as far as I know, the Nivona cleaning tablets are packed airtight in a blister and thus these should still have enough potency. The slightly crumbly is not bad. So quiet still use!
