Siemens EQ6 . Slush in the room of the brew group

Hello, I got from my daughter a Siemens EQ.6 series 300 to ,let's say clean and revise brew group. I have already repaired some coffee machines. But were either Saeco or Jura. The Siemens just makes squishy grounds and produces a huge squishy coffee grounds mess inside the room where the brew group sits. Everywhere, front, back, top, just everywhere. I have never seen anything like it. However, have also heard that this would be normal with the machine. What do you professionals think?
