Bosch TCA 5401 Gasket defective?

Hello,
I have a Bosch fully automatic coffee machine that worked fine until a week ago. The machine has always been properly cleaned, but punctually one month after the end of the warranty the problems came.

Everything still seems to work, but in the end hardly any coffee ends up in the cup, but all the more in the drip pan.

I read somewhere that in such a case a support valve/seal has to be replaced. Does anyone have any idea whether this is correct or where to find it and how to replace it?

The Bosch Repair Service calls for a flat rate of 130EUR repair costs + 20 EUR shipping costs. That seems to me to be pretty much for a valve or seal.

sounds like damage to the drainage valve.
As I have never had such a machine in my hands before,
I unfortunately cannot give any further tips.
