Hello, I have the machine about 3 years - pull daily only 1-2 cups - but there has been no request to descale the machine. And that, although we have rock-hard water.
In the service menu I also see no extra selection for this. I have always renewed the filter - but I would like to decalcify the part....

Only how? What have I overlooked???
