Problem Bosch TES50351DE/12

Merry christmas together...

I got a Bosch TES50351DE/12 for free today.

After instructions I wanted to put the device into operation.

Leider this machine doesn't draw/ pump water. I have checked if the milk foamer is clogged (with a new machine this should not be the case), or if the connection between the water tank and the thing that should draw the water into the machine is free. In terms of connections, everything seems to be fine, yet the thing doesn't draw/pump water... any of you have a solution?

Have the same problem... Get new today... Let water out of the pig foamer before use.... But there's nothing happening... The first light flashes and the third light illuminates.

Hello, if a water filter is installed, first remove it from the water tank. Otherwise, replace the water tank several times and try to fill the system again.

Hello Rudi, thanks for the tip.

I have now built the water tank a little over an hour on and off -
Result: without success, machine is still not pumping water

We don't use a water filter because we already have filtered water.

I also cannot access any other adjustable program (e.g. setting that no water filter is available, or cannot start any cleaning program)

Apparently, water must first have run through the machine for this to happen...

Do you have an idea?

I phoned the Bosch service this morning.

This fault can only be repaired at the factory.

The device is picked up by Bosch free of charge during the warranty period, repaired and returned. Duration of the repair: approx. 10 days

That's annoying. New machine and no coffee.
