continuous descaling

Hello!
My coffee machine constantly displays descaling, but only when I prepare drinks with milk. If I have descaled the machine and only make normal coffee, everything is fine, but when I have made a latte macchiato, for example, it descales immediately.
I have already replaced the milk frother and reset the machine. I called customer service and they said I could send it in and it could be repaired for €229. But nobody told me what the problem might be. I'm pretty clueless. Does anyone have a solution?
