Grinder

Hello, I have a melitta barista.
The grinder turns very high beans are present but it no longer grinds.
Have cleaned everything installed but nothing.
Have even installed another grinder from my other melitta that has worked 100% but this has not helped either.
1000 videos, posts looked but if someone had the same problem it was solved after cleaning.
Maybe someone can help me please.
