Jura E8 no coffee comes

Problem with coffee machine Jura E8

Operation with filter, until the wanted to be renewed, then without filter.
local water hardness 14 dH set
Everything normal until April 2023

Now problem:
Reference takes a very long time and / or coffee quantity that comes out is much too small.
Coffee comes only in a thin stream or drips only.
Lately, no coffee comes out at all and the machine reports
ironically "Coffee - here you go".
During a withdrawal, "System is filling" often appears several times.

Remedy tried:
Grinder set to coarsest setting.
Cleaned several times (with Coffeefair tablets).
Descaling carried out (with 2g Eilfix/liter), although not yet requested.
Carried out coffee rinsing with hot water several times.

None of this helped. What can I do? A warranty case?

Try 20g per 1 liter. You can also run the solution several times.

Did you find a solution? I bought a new E6, but after 1 month it started behaving like your E8. I have gone through the cleaning and descaling multiple times. Still only get a tiny bit of coffee in the bottom of the cup, then says "Enjoy".

I had the same problem and called the hotline. Now it is running again. The tip was: Take out the bowls, reach into the device, you can feel a sieve. Clean it with a cloth. This has at least solved the problem with my machine.

That helped. No 5 minutes and the Jura ran again.
The sieve is on top twischen 2 movable vertical plates. Odentlich clean made and that's it.

It was the same for me! I cleaned the strainer and it works again!

Same story with my E6, in operation since the end of November 23 and despite the filter, I thought it had calcified a lot.
Now the coffee is running again - I hope it stays that way.
