De'Longhi Magnifica S (ECAM 22.110.B)

it would be nice if someone could help me. I have recently with our coffee machine the following problem.

Type : De'Longhi Magnifica S (ECAM 22.110.

Problem description: Coffee grounds not pressed, somewhat coarse ground and slightly moist.

The grinder is set to the finest grinding level.

Is there any way to locate the error?

Am grateful for any advice.
