Coffee spout problem - Siemens EQ. 7 Plus

Hello everyone
I have a problem with making macchiato and capuchino coffee
After selecting these options I turn the coffee outlet and press start but after taking milk
does not refill the glass with coffee from the coffee spout
It grinds coffee because there is freshly ground coffee in the drip container, it does not take water in these modes but after a while it finishes the process and returns to the main menu.
It prepares coffee correctly in the classic position of the spout for the selection of COFFEE and also correctly prepares coffee when I turn the spout towards the milk nozzle in the COFFEE mode although I do not know if it should be so, however in the macchiato and capuchno mode this coffee does not add, leaving only frothed milk
Has anyone of you perhaps encountered this problem and provide an answer

I don't know, I can hear some sounds but I don't know if it's the pump for sure I can hear it grinding coffee
