Krups EA8160 malfunction

,first of all thanks for the many
posts in the forum, unfortunately I did not find the right one.
Before I repaired it, no
more
coffee or
water
came
, the water ended up in the drip tray.

First I

cleaned

the upper and lower brewing head

, then the drainage valve. The problem:
After the start, the sign for
Place
container
underneath
flashes
and it says Press Start.

When I press Start it flushes briefly, then the bar comes up as when heating up and the sign for Put under vessel and Press Start flashes again in the display. If I press Start again, it flushes a little longer but then the symbol for malfunction always appears (remove the power plug from the socket and

plug it in again

after

10 seconds).

I tried this at least 10 times

and don't know what to do. Is
there a
way to read out errors? Is it possible to reset

the electronics of the coffee machine

?

I just bought a ea8150 machine and I have the same problem . The difference is that I haven’t even use the machine 1 time .
