March 2015 at a price of 1499 Eur. First leakage at the end of 2017. At first I thought it was my own fault, so I did not complain, which was wrong. Submission to Nuremberg-Siemens in June 2018 - goodwill was refused - costs 247.40 Eur were paid. Then 1/2 yearly same leakage. A total of 7 returns and repairs have now been carried out as warranty service. Last repair Aug 2019, now January 2020 there was again a large puddle under the machine. Cleaning etc. were always carried out regularly. Obviously, it was a defect in the series. Now the machine was picked up again by Siemens. A replacement machine of a different type was suggested by me. I am curious to see how Siemens will react.
Slight discolorations on the metal cladding could be polished away. The plastics are often porous and break off easily. Otherwise I am satisfied with the quality of the coffee produced. It is worth mentioning that the seller of the machine - SATURN Kassel, refused to help with the processing of the justified complaint and a possible replacement machine through the representation of Siemens. In this respect this company will not be contacted in the future.
