defective, no espresso spout

After cleaning the brewing group and putting it into operation, coffee is ground. When brewing, there is a "normal" sound at the beginning, which becomes quieter after about 2 seconds and finally stops. Then the grinding material is ejected and the fast flashing symbol appears on the display which requires the machine to be vented.

The normal process is also carried out when the machine is switched on, but the vents symbol also appears here. Did we change anything while cleaning the brew group, or did we destroy it?

When was the last time this KVA was decalcified with Eilfix or Durgol?
If yes then check if the support valve is stuck or if the inlet nozzle at the brewing group is tight.
Did you take the brewing group completely apart if yes the crema valve mounted wrongly.
Make some photos where you can see something on it.
