SIEMENS EQ.6 Plus 300 Pump does not draw water

Hello everyone,
I unpacked my brand new Siemens EQ.6 Plus 300 today and
unfortunately it doesn't work.

The pump

doesn't

seem to

draw any water.

The water tank has been used several times and reinstalled, but nothing changes. The machine is extremely loud and vibrates, then I get the message that carbonic acid free water must be filled in or the filter

must be

changed

.

The filter has been soaked in water and not a single coffee has been produced. The menu has been set to new water filter, but

nothing

happens except the

volume.

It was also tried without the filter, but the result

was the same.
Does anyone have
any ideas?
