Coffee machine defective?

Moin,

we have bought a year ago the Bonitas Swing-Star fully automatic coffee machine and since we have the unsolvable problem that the coffee machine grinds the coffee beans, but throws directly into the container and no coffee can flow out.
Do any of you have this problem? Or could one help further?
