AEG CF250

My first post and a problem, sorry

I bought a used AEG CF250 for almost nothing.
naja and how else could it be, it doesn't work.

When I switch it on, the brewing group is raised and lowered, that looks good.
The temperature and the steam LED flash alternately green (you can't see good in the picture of course)
And the following LED's, they only react to switch off and the settings I could reset, but coffee does not make them.

I downloaded the tutorial before and looked at the problem solutions, unfortunately my problem is not there.
Could it be that she is hanging in a cleaning program?
Or my next suspicion is the heating unit, because the plate doesn't get warm up, but it should, or?

a damaged switch of the brewing unit position, it is possible that only a plate has heated up in it
