:unsure:a sporadic mistake at Jura impressa F50: Coffee is ground, but water lands in the drip tray, the cup is empty. The coffee powder in the marc container is dry. Another cup of coffee usually works.

Can anyone help in the forum? What could be the mistake?

Take out the bowls at the bottom and look in there. On the right side is a small plastic cap (white). That's got to sit tight on the metal rod. It likes to break. The whole part is called the drainage valve and controls the water flow through the brewing group. Exchange and it will do again.
