Machine JURA - ENA5 MICRO - 2013

Hello to all,

I have a problem with my Jura coffee machine. Here is the result:

The water doesn't flow so no coffee.

This phenomenon appears every other time.

I have already changed the grinder motor. When the problem appears, the piston to make the coffee cake does not go all the way. I have also noticed a decrease in the quality of the coffee since this problem.



Have you ever had this problem? Could you help me with my repair?

Hello, open the coffee machine and remove the brewing unit, this must be completely overhauled including the drainage valve.
Then the grinder should be adjusted, if this was not already the case.
